Membership Criteria
Hawaii Angels is exclusively for qualified investors.
The criteria for joining are as follows:
1) Must satisfy the Securities and Exchange Commission requirement of a net worth of at least $1 million, or a minimum income of $200,000 in each of the last two years.
2) Must be willing to invest between $50,000 and $100,000 over the next three years.
Membership Categories
1) Individual - accredited investors that will be investing with their own capital.
Annual fees: Oahu - $1,200; Neighbor Island/Out-of-State - $600.
2) Company - companies that are interested attending meetings (2 representatives) to support the organization mission or make direct investments.
Annual fees: Statewide - $2500.
Participate as a guest
If you meet these qualifications, you are welcome to attend one meeting as a guest before joining as a dues paying member. Please contact info-at-hawaiiangels.org in advance to attend as a guest.
